Truly Better Together LLC is OPEN!

Truly Better Together LLC is open!  This is so exciting!  Chris and I have been talking, brainstorming, and dreaming of so many ideas for this business.  We determined this was the place to start and although the learning process is never ending, it feels great to be in this starting phase! 

       As a mom of 4 now, my two and Chris’s two (my bonus kids), we never have a dull moment in our household.  I am not sure I could really say I would change a thing, but we are a busy bunch.  We have softball, dance, football, hockey, our full-time jobs, and now our fun-time job! 😊 It has been fun to see the kids wear a shirt I have made and get excited to show their friends at school.  My 8-year-old is even coming up to me asking for shirts with ‘new slogans’ she has made up!  Some aren’t actually too bad … some need a little guidance.    My little guy, 7-year-old, still isn’t sure he likes the ones where his big sister gets to say something sassy about having a little brother.  However, if I offer to make him a sassy shirt about having a big sister – those are much more his style!  From outside the box, I hope the ambition and excitement these crafts have brought me trickles down to our kids in some fashion.

       T-shirts have been super fun for me.  I constantly find myself looking for ideas anywhere and everywhere.  I usually have to run the ideas by the whole family for their opinions first because it seems to be a theme that I am crazy excited about a shirt and the reaction from them is much less enthusiastic.  I am dumbfounded at how they could see me as anything but hilarious … but I may find myself was more entertaining than I am.  Perhaps it provides a little ‘down to earth’ mentality for me!   I can’t possibly be the only one who gets wildly excited about a new T-shirt, can I?

       This new business adventure brings us joy in so many ways.  We are incredibly thankful those people like you who take time to check out our website and visit our Esty site and hopefully are finding themselves the perfect shirt.  If we get really lucky, you’ll find one for someone else too!  We have enjoyed the opportunity to use our creativity for more than just an afternoon project.  We have high hopes for things to come and really want to use both the business itself and the drive to do so to keep our family growing better together!
